Our international position comes from the production of lemon derivatives. Annually we deal with more than 65,000 tonnes of lemon that are transformed into three main products: juice concentrates, essential oils and dehydrated lemon peel. Moreover, in the last years we have added to our offer several by-products: lemon essence in aqueous and oil phase as well as distilled lemon oil.
All our products are certified as they fulfil the highest standards. This feature, along with the effort of the partners and the riches of our lands, guarantees the best quality for our products.
Cloudy concentrated juice
Obtainment: mechanical extraction from selected lemons with an appropriate degree of ripeness.
Uses: Natural acidulant. Seasoning for food, drinks and cocktails. Vitamin C. Seasoning for salads and seafood. Acidifier.
Clear concentrated juice
Obtainment: extraction of pulp and murkiness from natural lemon juice.
Uses: Natural acidulant. Seasoning for food, drinks and cocktails. Vitamin C. Seasoning for salads and seafood. Acidifier.
Essential lemon oil, cold pressed
Obtainment: Obtainment: abrasion of lemon peel releases the content of the epithelial gaps. The result is an aromatic product of essential nature.
Distilled lemon oil
Obtainment: low temperature distillation of the emulsion of lemon essential oil and water coming from the centrifuges.
Uses: natural seasoning of citric flavour, carbonated beverages, cosmetic industry and perfumes. Cleansers and organic solvent.
Fragrances (oil-phase and water-phase)
Obtainment: by concentration of natural fragrances coming from the lemon, we obtain an emulsion that can be separated in two fragrant phases, one oily and one aqueous.
Uses: Flavouring and conditioner for culinary, cosmetic and perfumery preparations. Solvent.
Dehydrated lemon peel
Obtainment: dehydration and grinding of lemon peel.
Uses: pectin obtainment.

Fresh fruit
Since our activity is mainly industrial, we do not export fresh fruit. However, among our partners we count with Diagonal Citrus, an exporting company of fresh fruit.
